First introduced at the Vietnam Auto & Motorcycle Show 2024, the ICON e: quickly attracted attention from numerous parents and students thanks to its youthful, modern, and premium design, along with a series of outstanding safety features. The scooter is equipped with a Lithium-ion battery that is anti-explosion, IP67 water-resistant, easily detachable, and flexible for direct charging on the vehicle or separately.

The advanced Combined Braking System (CBS) shortens braking distance and enhances safety, while the premium LED lighting system improves visibility, providing maximum peace of mind during rides.

Additionally, the scooter boasts a spacious 26-liter trunk, two convenient front compartments, and a USB Type-A charging port, all designed to offer a comfortable and convenient experience for dynamic young riders.

Precise and Strict Production Process – Modern Green Technology

ICON e: is not just an advanced product but also a testament to HVN’s remarkable progress in manufacturing technology. The entire production process, from the initial stages to final assembly, is strictly controlled to ensure that each component meets the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.

Modern welding and painting robots, along with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for parts transportation, optimize the process, reduce production time, and minimize manual errors. Notably, the Nut Runner technology ensures tight and precise connections, combined with a camera system and modern inspection screens for quick fault detection, guaranteeing the highest quality before vehicles leave the factory. The battery, the heart of electric vehicles, is stored in a specialized warehouse to maintain optimal durability and performance.

Each completed vehicle undergoes a rigorous inspection process according to Honda’s standards and Vietnamese law, including test drives on a dedicated track, to ensure safety and perfect operation when delivered to customers.
