Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) held the grand finale of the 2024 Honda Auto Distributor Outstanding Sales Staff Contest with 20 teams participating from Honda Auto Distributors nationwide.
The 2024 Outstanding Sales Staff Contest was organized to motivate and encourage product consultants and internal trainer teams to further enhance their knowledge and professional skills to effectively apply them in their work, meeting the expectations of customers.
The 16th Outstanding Sales Staff Contest attracted the participation of more than 600 product consultants and over 100 internal trainers from Honda Auto Distributors across the country. The contestants went through three thrilling rounds with knowledge and skill tests designed for product consultants and internal trainers.
Based on the evaluation from the perspective of the Auto Business Block leadership team of Honda Vietnam Company, the top 20 teams, each comprising 01 Product Consultant and 01 Internal Trainer, were selected to compete in the finale held in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.

The Outstanding Sales Staff Contest is held annually not only as a valuable playground for sales consultants and internal trainers to showcase their knowledge, skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills but also to encourage the enhancement of customer service quality in the customer care process at the distributors. This contributes to increasing customer satisfaction and trust in the Honda brand, helping to spread the “Joy of Buying” to more customers across the country.
