While rugged and robust scooters are designed for men, manufacturers also create stylish
and compact scooters for women. These scooters stand out with their trendy designs,
compact size, and spacious compartments to accommodate personal items.

The following scooters tick all the boxes for female riders, offering a range of price points to
suit different budgets.

Honda Vision – 31.7 to 37.1 million VND

Honda Vision was introduced to compete with the Yamaha Mio in the small scooter segment, and it has
since become a top choice for new riders. Its elegant design and compact size also make it a favorite
among women.

With a seat height of 761 mm and a weight of 95 kg, the Honda Vision is well-suited for the average
height of Vietnamese women (1.56 m). The spacious 16-liter under-seat compartment can easily accommodate
a helmet, gloves, sunglasses, and other personal items.

A convenient charging port is located in the front storage compartment, ensuring your phone stays
charged on the go. The Honda Vision is equipped with a 110 cc electronic fuel injection engine that
delivers an impressive fuel efficiency of 1.85 liters per 100 km. With a 4.9-liter fuel tank, you
can expect to go about a week between fill-ups for city riding.

While the listed price of the Honda Vision is 31.7 to 37.1 million VND, it’s worth noting that
dealers often sell it for a few million VND above the listed price.

Yamaha Janus – 29 to 33 million VND

The Yamaha Janus is the biggest rival to the Honda Vision in Vietnam. Unlike the Vision, the Janus
appeals to women with its soft and youthful design. As a result, it caters to a younger demographic
and has a more niche audience than the Vision.

The latest model of the Janus features a more elegant design with vertical position lights on the
front apron and rounded headlights. A notable feature of the Janus is its wide range of color options,
including 12 different combinations, such as sky blue and red.

Despite its soft design, the Janus has slightly larger dimensions than the Vision. Its length, width,
and height are 1,850 mm, 705 mm, and 1,120 mm, respectively, with a seat height of 769 mm. While
the seat height is 8 mm higher than the Vision, it’s still manageable for most women. Additionally,
the 135 mm ground clearance allows the Janus to navigate potholes and curbs with ease.

The Yamaha Janus has a slightly smaller storage compartment than the Vision, offering a capacity
of 14 liters. It’s powered by a 125 cc Blue Core engine that produces 9.5 horsepower, delivering
a fuel efficiency of 1.87 liters per 100 km. That means you can expect to travel more than 220 km
on a full tank.

Yamaha offers the Janus at a competitive price of 29 to 33 million VND, and customers don’t typically
face price gouging like with the Vision. In some cases, the actual price may even be lower than the
listed price.

Honda Scoopy – 41 to 79 million VND

For those seeking a unique and stylish scooter, the Honda Scoopy is an excellent choice. Its design
is inspired by classic scooters, featuring oval shapes throughout, from the overall silhouette to
the headlights and taillights, and even the instrument cluster.

One of the most distinctive features of the Scoopy is its exposed handlebars, a rarity among scooters
under 150 cc in Vietnam. The color options and graphics on the Scoopy also stand out, attracting younger
female riders with unusual colors like lime green, lemon yellow, and pink.

The Scoopy has a compact design with a seat height of just 746 mm, and its overall dimensions are
1,864 mm in length, 683 mm in width, and 1,075 mm in height. In terms of features, the Scoopy boasts
LED headlights, an LCD instrument cluster, smart key, a spacious 15.4-liter compartment, a USB charging
port in the front storage compartment, and a front disc brake.

The Honda Scoopy is powered by a 110 cc, SOHC, air-cooled engine that produces 8.8 horsepower and
9.3 Nm of torque. It’s currently imported from Indonesia and Thailand, with prices ranging from 41
to 79 million VND.

VinFast Evo200 – 22 million VND

The VinFast Evo200 is a new electric scooter that stands out with its stylish design inspired by
bees. The body and tail are seamlessly integrated, tapering gently towards the rear, reminiscent of
Italian scooters.

With dimensions of 1,804 mm in length, 683 mm in width, and 1,127 mm in height, and a seat height
of 750 mm, the Evo200 offers a comfortable riding position and easy maneuverability. A generous 150
mm ground clearance allows for agile city riding and effortless mounting of curbs.

The Evo200 comes loaded with premium features, including full-LED headlights with projectors, front
disc brakes, telescopic front forks, retractable passenger footrests, and a spacious 22-liter compartment.

Powering the Evo200 is an in-hub electric motor mounted on the rear wheel, delivering a maximum output
of 2,450 W and a top speed of 70 km/h. Paired with an LFP battery pack, the Evo200 offers a maximum
range of up to 200 km on a single charge, according to the manufacturer. In real-world riding conditions,
you can expect a range of around 140 to 150 km.

Despite its modern features and performance, the VinFast Evo200 is surprisingly affordable, with
both models priced at 22 million VND.
