Omoda and Jaecoo Vietnam have just announced a significant discount of up to 900 million VND for their Jaecoo J7 PHEV plug-in hybrid SUV, bringing the actual selling price down from 9.69 billion VND to an impressive 8.79 billion VND.
This offer is available to the first 777 customers from now until July 31st, and the company has assured that customers who have already purchased the vehicle at the old price will be reimbursed for the difference.
With this new pricing strategy, the Jaecoo J7 PHEV is now a direct competitor to the likes of the Hyundai Tucson, Ford Territory, and Mazda CX-5, all well-known names in the C-segment SUV/CUV market.
Under the hood, the Jaecoo J7 PHEV boasts a 1.5L gasoline engine paired with an electric motor, generating an impressive 342 horsepower and 525 Nm of torque, outperforming many of its rivals in the segment. The vehicle is also equipped with an 18.3kWh battery, allowing for a pure electric range of 90km, and an exceptionally low fuel consumption of just 0.52 liters/100km when fully charged, as per Vietnam’s Directorate for Roads of Vietnam.
Additionally, the J7 PHEV offers a combined range of up to 1,500km when both the battery and fuel tank are full, which is a compelling proposition when compared to traditional gasoline-only vehicles.
The interior of the J7 PHEV is just as impressive, featuring a 14.8-inch infotainment screen compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8-speaker Sony sound system, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, and power-adjustable front seats with heating and cooling functions.
Furthermore, this SUV comes with an exceptional warranty, covering the entire vehicle for 7 years or 1 million km, and the engine specifically for 10 years, which is a rare offering in this segment.
With its new competitive pricing, extensive features, and superior performance, the Jaecoo J7 PHEV is undoubtedly a formidable choice for anyone seeking a powerful, comfortable, and efficient plug-in hybrid SUV.
