VinFast Announces Partnership with PT Penta Artha Impressi (Bengkel BOS) in Indonesia for Enhanced Customer Service
VinFast is proud to announce its partnership with PT Penta Artha Impressi (Bengkel BOS), a leading service provider in Indonesia, as part of its commitment to enhancing customer service and maximizing benefits for electric vehicle owners during their transition to electric mobility.
This strategic move is aligned with VinFast’s expansion strategy in Indonesia, focusing on strengthening its sales and after-sales network to cater to its growing range of products in the country.
As per the collaboration agreement, 12 service centers of PT Penta Artha Impressi (Bengkel BOS) will be authorized to provide repair, warranty, and maintenance services for VinFast’s electric vehicle lineup. These service centers are strategically located in key areas such as South Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta, Tangerang, and Yogyakarta, ensuring maximum convenience for customers.
The maintenance, repair, and warranty services offered by Bengkel BOS will adhere to VinFast’s stringent quality standards and procedures. All service centers are well-equipped with modern facilities, machinery, and equipment to meet the brand’s technical requirements.
As a strategic authorized service partner, Bengkel BOS will also distribute genuine VinFast parts and components, ensuring that electric vehicle owners in Indonesia have access to high-quality products that meet VinFast’s global standards.
During this partnership, VinFast is committed to providing technical support and training to Bengkel BOS’s personnel. This is particularly crucial as VinFast expands its electric vehicle offerings in Indonesia and anticipates an increase in vehicle deliveries.
