The Rolls-Royce Ghost has received a mid-life facelift for its second-generation model, now named the Ghost Series II, boasting design cues similar to its sibling, the Rolls-Royce Spectre. The Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II is officially priced at VND 34.9 billion in Vietnam. There are also two other variants available: the extended wheelbase Ghost Extended Series II, starting at VND 38.9 billion, and the Black Badge Ghost Series II, with an upgraded engine, starting at VND 40.59 billion. Of course, these are merely suggested prices, as no Rolls-Royce customer would purchase a car without adding their personal touches.

Duality Twill is a new material developed by Rolls-Royce, made from sustainable bamboo fiber. This material is used throughout the Ghost Series II’s interior, and a full Duality Twill interior can include up to 2.2 million stitches, with thread lengths of up to 18 kilometers. Crafting this intricate interior takes the skilled artisans of Rolls-Royce over 20 hours to complete.

According to a representative of Rolls-Royce in Vietnam, the profile of Ghost buyers has evolved: “The average age of Rolls-Royce buyers, especially for the Ghost model, has decreased significantly. Along with this, we’ve noticed a shift in their preferences and aesthetic sensibilities. Customers are increasingly concerned about sustainability and eco-friendliness, embracing a more minimalist and understated approach to luxury, rather than the more ornate and extravagant styles of the past. These changes in our clientele’s tastes and priorities present exciting new challenges for us.”
