Back in February, Bentley unveiled a new special edition of its ultra-luxury Bentayga SUV in foreign markets. Just over two months later, the car has been launched in Vietnam.
In the Vietnamese market, the Bentley Bentayga Atelier is offered in two versions: the standard (SWB) and the extended wheelbase (EWB). The respective prices for these two versions are VND 14.389 billion and VND 18.763 billion.
The Atelier edition is a special version created to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Bentley Bentayga’s market presence. This edition is for customers who don’t want to spend time configuring their car and would rather have Bentley decide for them.
The Bentley Bentayga Atelier comes in a total of six special colors, including five heritage colors from Mulliner: Light Onyx, Rubino, Porcelain, Quartzite, and Light Emerald. The sixth color is a new one called Obsidian Crystal. If none of these colors suit your taste, customers can still choose from the standard color palette.

This ultra-luxury SUV is adorned with elegant chrome and satin details. The Atelier Edition badge is prominently displayed on the faux air vents on both sides of the car. The 22-inch wheels feature a glossy 10-spoke design, complemented by self-balancing center caps, true to the Bentley standard.

Bentley has meticulously crafted the interior of this edition, offering various color options based on the exterior color. From scratch-resistant aluminum, fine wood, to premium leather, and subtle two-tone color schemes, the Bentley Bentayga Atelier has it all.

It’s undeniable that the interior of the Bentley Bentayga is showing signs of aging. However, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as modern cars today tend to be equipped with too many screens. On the plus side, Bentley has retained physical buttons and knobs for the Bentayga instead of incorporating everything into the screens.

The only drawback is perhaps the W12 engine. Bentley has officially discontinued the production of the twin-turbocharged 6.0L W12 engine in mid-2024, after assembling over 100,000 units since 2003. The Bentayga Atelier Edition now only offers two engine options: a V8 gasoline engine or a hybrid powertrain. However, the hybrid version doesn’t come with a rear-wheel steering system, unlike the gasoline-powered versions.
The V8 gasoline engine is a twin-turbocharged 4.0L unit that delivers a maximum output of 550 horsepower and a peak torque of 770 Nm. On the other hand, the hybrid powertrain combines a turbocharged 3.0L V6 gasoline engine with an electric motor, resulting in a combined output of 462 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. The pure electric mode allows the car to travel up to 45 kilometers.

In the near future, Bentley will introduce a second SUV to its lineup, expected to launch in 2026. This model, tentatively named the Urban SUV, will be the British brand’s first all-electric vehicle. Not much information is available at this time, except that it will be smaller than the Bentayga.
First introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2015, the Bentley Bentayga is still in its first generation. A mild refresh appeared in mid-2020, but only die-hard Bentley fans could spot the differences. Nonetheless, in 2025, this ultra-luxury SUV continues to impress and regularly receives special edition releases.
