“VinFast and LKQ Netherlands: A Strategic Partnership for Excellence”

VinFast and LKQ Netherlands are proud to announce their strategic collaboration, aiming to establish a comprehensive and high-quality after-sales service network across the Netherlands.

This agreement showcases VinFast’s long-term commitment to its Dutch customers as it solidifies its presence in Europe, while also underscoring the significance of LKQ’s independent service network in delivering a seamless ownership experience for electric vehicle users.

Embodying the philosophy of “Putting Customers at the Center,” VinFast has meticulously selected LKQ’s electric vehicle-compatible service network. Starting from May 2025, VinFast car owners will have access to services at 9 workshops, with plans to expand to LKQ’s entire network of 260 workshops across the Netherlands.

These centers will offer warranty repairs, high-voltage system maintenance, tire care, and general maintenance. Each facility is fully equipped to service both the VinFast VF 6 and VF 8 models, as well as upcoming vehicle lines to be introduced in the Dutch market. Parts are delivered regularly, up to 5 times a day, minimizing repair waiting times.

LKQ also invests significantly in continuous technician training through the Automotive Academy platform. They provide technical support solutions, specialized training programs, and workshop management software, enhancing service quality and optimizing the efficiency of the entire system.

Ewoud Lubbers, Country Director of LKQ Netherlands, stated, “LKQ aims to be your trusted long-term partner. VinFast’s decision to collaborate with us is a clear testament to their confidence in our capabilities. With our Automotive Academy training foundation, extensive experience in parts distribution, and deep understanding of the Dutch automotive market, LKQ is proud to offer a comprehensive service package to VinFast and its customers.”

Lê Thị Thu Trang, CEO of VinFast Europe, shared, “VinFast is thrilled to partner with LKQ to build a flexible and extensive service and after-sales network throughout the Netherlands. This collaboration demonstrates our long-term commitment to the Dutch market and provides our customers with convenient after-sales experiences, seamlessly blending internal capabilities with the expertise of independent partners, thus creating a strong and reliable support ecosystem.”
