Suzuki Vietnam has made a consumer-friendly move by reducing the prices of its Raider and Satria hyper-underbone models starting from May. The price cut amounts to VND 5 million for select color options of these popular bikes.

The red/black and green/black Raider variants are now priced at VND 45.99 million, while other colors remain at VND 50.99 million. Similarly, the imported Satria, previously priced at VND 53.49 million, now costs VND 48.49 million for the green/silver/black, white/red/black, and black/red colorways.

With this price adjustment, the Raider becomes Suzuki’s most affordable motorcycle offering in Vietnam. The Raider and Satria have no direct competitors in the market, as the Honda Sonic, another hyper-underbone model, is not officially available in the country.

Suzuki Vietnam’s current motorcycle lineup consists of the Raider, Satria, and Burgman Street. Popular models like the GSX-R150, GSX-S150, and the Gixxer 250 duo have been out of stock for several months, and there is no news on their return.

The Suzuki Gixxer SF250 is no longer available in Vietnam.

Back in February, Suzuki Vietnam surprised the market with significant price cuts across its range, with reductions ranging from VND 3.5 million to over VND 50 million. The Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF250 motorcycles saw the biggest discounts, with prices dropping from over VND 110 million to around VND 60 million.

The Vietnamese motorcycle market has been relatively quiet this year, with manufacturers cautious about introducing new models. Honda remains the dominant brand, holding approximately 81% market share according to VAMM data.
