VinFast is proud to announce its partnership with four reputable partners in the Philippines: Goodyear Philippines, Tire King and Rubber Products, Power Tread Services, and Marcjan Cavite.
These partners will significantly contribute to VinFast’s goal of establishing over 100 authorized service centers in the Philippines by 2025.
According to the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), VinFast will collaborate with these four partners, who have extensive experience in operating service centers across the Philippines, to provide maintenance, repair, and car care services for electric vehicles, adhering to the company’s global standards.
Specifically, VinFast and Goodyear Philippines aim to establish 50 authorized VinFast service centers by 2025. Similarly, Marcjan Cavite plans to open 8 centers, while Tire King and Rubber Products and Power Tread will each open 7 centers.
The authorized VinFast service centers in the Philippines will meet stringent standards for infrastructure, machinery, equipment, and the technical expertise of its staff. They will also prioritize providing authorized services and genuine spare parts for VinFast vehicle owners.
As part of this collaboration, VinFast is committed to supporting its partners through personnel training programs, technical consulting, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to rapidly expand the network of authorized service centers.
These latest agreements, in conjunction with previously signed MOUs with JIGA and Motech, will serve as a crucial stepping stone for VinFast to accelerate the development of its electric vehicle ecosystem in the Philippines and enhance the after-sales experience for its customers.
