In a surprising turn of events, the Audi Q6 e-tron has been spotted at an authorized service center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, amidst the rapidly growing market for electric vehicles in the country.

This development indicates that the luxury electric SUV, the Audi Q6 e-tron, may soon be officially distributed in Vietnam.

According to a sales consultant at an Audi dealership in Ho Chi Minh City, the Q6 e-tron is expected to be released soon, with an estimated price of VND 3.099 billion. Notably, Audi Vietnam’s official website now includes the Q6 e-tron in its product catalog, although specific pricing details have not yet been disclosed.

Positioned below the Q8 e-tron, the Audi Q6 e-tron will compete directly with the BMW iX3, a fully electric SUV distributed by THACO Auto, upon its release in Vietnam. Notably, the expected price of the Q6 e-tron is almost half a billion VND lower than that of the iX3, which is listed at VND 3.539 billion on THACO Auto’s website.

In terms of dimensions, the Audi Q6 e-tron measures 4,771 mm in length, 1,993 mm in width, and 1,648 mm in height. Its exterior design showcases a modern aesthetic, highlighted by slim LED headlights and a distinct, flat-shaped grille separated from the main headlight cluster. According to Audi Vietnam, the vehicle is equipped with 21-inch wheels.

The Q6 e-tron‘s interior impresses with a trio of large screens: an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.5-inch central touchscreen, and a 10.9-inch passenger display. It features sports seats, a 3D sound system with 16 speakers, and intelligent ambient lighting.

Under the hood, the Q6 e-tron boasts a powerful electric motor that delivers 322 horsepower in Launch Control mode. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.6 seconds. Equipped with a 94.9 kWh battery, the vehicle offers an impressive range of up to 639 kilometers on a single charge, as per the WLTP standard. Fast charging from 10% to 80% takes just 22 minutes. According to the dealership, customers will receive a complimentary home charger with their purchase.
