From 8:00 AM on May 25, 2025, to the end of May 30, 2025, VinFast will officially launch the early deposit program for the EC Van electric cargo vehicle model at its dealer system and official website, or the system of its partner, Xanh SM. All customers who make a deposit during this time will receive a discount of VND 10 million, which will be directly deducted from the vehicle price.

The VinFast EC Van is the first electric vehicle in Vietnam designed for cargo transportation and business logistics. With its flexible operation, the EC Van can accommodate two passengers in the cabin and offers a spacious cargo area with a capacity of 2,600L and a payload of over 600kg, making it an ideal vehicle for family businesses and enterprise transportation, catering to the diverse needs of the community.

Its dimensions are 3,767 x 1,680 x 1,790 mm (length x width x height), with a wheelbase of 2,520 mm, making it suitable for various spaces and road conditions, from urban to rural areas. Notably, the EC Van can operate during all hours in urban areas.

The electric motor has a maximum output of 30kW and delivers 110Nm of torque, enabling a top speed of 75km/h, making the EC Van ideal for short-distance cargo transportation. The vehicle’s battery has a usable capacity of 17kWh and offers a range of 150km on a single charge.

Users can utilize fast DC charging with a maximum power of 19.4kW at public charging stations, allowing a charging time of 42 minutes to go from 10% to 70% battery. Alternatively, overnight charging at home is also possible using a 3kW portable charger purchased separately.

The VinFast EC Van is priced at VND 285 million (including battery) and comes with a 5-year or 130,000km warranty for the vehicle and a 7-year or 160,000km warranty for the battery, whichever comes first. In addition to the standard version, VinFast also offers an optional upgrade package worth VND 20 million to enhance comfort and convenience features according to customer needs.

Customers who place a deposit during the early sales period from 8:00 AM on May 25, 2025, to the end of May 30, 2025, will receive a discount of VND 10 million on the selling price. The deposit amount is VND 7 million per vehicle, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the customer chooses not to take delivery of the vehicle.

In addition to VinFast’s nationwide dealer network, customers can also place deposits online for the EC Van through the VinFast website (https://shop.vinfastauto.com/vn_vi/vinfast-ecvan.html) or the Xanh SM application and website (https://www.xanhsm.com/platform?path=/ec_van). As a distribution partner, Xanh SM also plans to offer delivery services using the EC Van in the future.

According to the plan, the first VinFast EC Van vehicles will be delivered to customers from November 2025.
