With a starting price of 285 million VND (including the battery), customers who book between May 25th and May 30th will receive an exclusive discount of 10 million VND directly deducted from the vehicle’s price. The booking amount for the EC Van is 7 million VND.

“The EC Van offers an attractive package with its stylish design, competitive pricing, and additional benefits. I immediately booked three units to replace my current fuel-powered fleet,” shared Tran Binh Minh, a delivery driver, on a popular forum for delivery drivers.

Mr. Minh further added that apart from the discounts offered by VinFast, EC Van buyers also benefit from the government’s policy of exempting electric vehicles from registration fees, resulting in significant savings of up to 30 million VND in operating costs.

Many other forum members echoed similar sentiments, sharing their excitement about the affordable pricing, attractive discounts, and practical benefits offered by the EC Van, prompting them to place their orders promptly.

The Perfect Choice for Intracity Logistics

One of the primary concerns when considering the switch to electric vehicles is their range. However, with the VinFast EC Van, users can rest assured.

Equipped with a lithium-ion battery pack with a usable capacity of 17 kWh, the EC Van offers an impressive range of up to 150 km on a single charge. This range is well-suited for intracity cargo transportation, where journeys are typically short and follow fixed routes, such as from warehouses to stores, supermarkets, or delivery locations.

Additionally, Mr. Huynh Van Khoat, a shop owner who also provides delivery services in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1, praised the EC Van’s fast DC charging capability. This feature allows the vehicle to charge from 10% to 70% in just 42 minutes, enabling him to utilize his lunch breaks or cargo unloading time efficiently and continue operations throughout the day without range anxiety.

In terms of performance, Mr. Khoat was equally impressed by the EC Van’s spacious cargo area, offering a capacity of up to 2,600 liters and a payload of over 600 kg. This allows business owners to transport various goods simultaneously, optimizing their travel frequency. Moreover, the vehicle’s impressive torque of 110Nm, double that of its gasoline-powered competitors in the same segment, ensures smooth and effortless performance even when carrying heavy loads.

150,000 Charging Ports Address Infrastructure Concerns

In addition to the vehicle’s impressive range, the availability of charging stations is another critical factor that has influenced businesses and transportation companies to place orders for the EC Van.

“My family already owns a VF 5 Plus, and I am highly satisfied with the charging infrastructure provided by VinFast. Within a 10-km radius of my home, there are four VinFast charging stations, with the nearest one just 1.5 km away. These new charging stations feature fast-charging capabilities. That’s why when VinFast opened bookings for the EC Van, I immediately placed my order,” shared Mr. Nguyen Dinh Toan, owner of an electronics store in Hanoi’s Thanh Xuan district.

Currently, VinFast’s charging network, V-Green, boasts over 150,000 charging ports nationwide, providing convenient and easily accessible charging options for users in all areas. The average distance between two charging stations is 3.5 km in urban areas and 50 km on highways and national roads, ensuring that drivers always remain within the “energy coverage” zone.

“In Hanoi, VinFast charging stations are everywhere, and they are even easier to find than gas stations. Moreover, VinFast is offering free charging until the end of June 2027, which significantly reduces operating costs. This is indeed beneficial for cost-conscious businesses like mine,” added Mr. Toan.
