This weekend, Honda Vietnam (HVN) hosted the Honda Thanks Day event in Ho Chi Minh City. Apart from familiar customer activities such as test rides and parades, HVN introduced a new product at this event.
The Japanese automaker did not provide any further information about this new product. It is possible that HVN will introduce one of the five motorcycle models recently published in the November issue of the Vietnam Intellectual Property Office’s Industrial Property Gazette.

HVN currently offers a diverse range of motorcycle products, but they have yet to enter the electric motorcycle segment, which has been gaining traction in recent years. Many consumers anticipate that HVN’s next introduction will be an electric motorcycle.
Among the products registered for design protection are two motorcycle models and three urban electric motorcycle models: the Cub E, Dax E, and Zoomer E.
In December 2022, HVN displayed their electric motorcycle models at an event in Hanoi, but these vehicles have not yet been released to the market.
