The all-new Toyota RAV4 has officially launched globally on May 21, 2025. Entering the new generation, the car offers 3 design styles, including Core, GR Sport, and Adventure. Among them, the Toyota RAV4 Adventure stands out with its design focused on outdoor activities.
Also known as the Woodland in the US market, the Toyota RAV4 Adventure 2026 features a distinctive large grille with horizontal slats. Its bold design makes a strong first impression.
Above the grille and between the two headlight clusters is a thick, dark trim that integrates the Toyota logo. In the other two styles, the logo is positioned higher.
Even the front and rear bumpers of the Toyota RAV4 Adventure 2026 are uniquely designed, setting it apart from the Core and GR Sport styles.
Complementing the bold design are rugged wheel arches, large tires, and stylish 18-inch alloy wheels. The Grandtrek tires from Dunlop, sized 235/65R18, enhance the vehicle’s capabilities.
Another highlight of the Toyota RAV4 Adventure is the roof rack, perfect for securing gear for outdoor excursions. Both the roof rack and the tailgate feature mountain logos, symbolizing the Adventure style’s spirit.
Additionally, various exterior details are finished in a dark color, including the grille, roof rack, mirror caps, door handles, wheel arches, and alloy wheels, contributing to the vehicle’s robust appearance.
The interior of the Toyota RAV4 Adventure 2026 features a two-tone color scheme with orange accents on the steering wheel, center armrest, and seats, creating a stylish and modern ambiance.
Unlike the other two styles, the Toyota RAV4 Adventure 2026 retains a traditional, full-size gear lever instead of a compact one. This design choice adds a classic touch to the overall modern interior.
The vehicle also features water-resistant flooring in the footwell and cargo area, a practical feature for outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, the cargo area includes an AC 100V power outlet for added convenience.
Similar to the other styles, the Toyota RAV4 Adventure 2026 boasts an impressive cargo capacity of 749 liters. The rear seatback angle has been reduced from 10 degrees to 5 degrees for added convenience.
The interior is further enhanced by a digital instrument cluster and a sleek infotainment screen, measuring 12.3 inches and up to 12.9 inches, respectively. The physical buttons for climate control have been replaced by a digital interface, and a wireless charging pad for smartphones is conveniently located below the central air vents.
Under the skin, the Toyota RAV4 Adventure 2026 utilizes the improved TNGA-K platform, offering increased torsional rigidity and suspension performance. Its dimensions stand at 4,600 mm in length, 1,855 mm in width, 1,680 mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2,690 mm.
In terms of powertrains, the Toyota RAV4 Adventure 2026 offers two options: a hybrid (HEV) and a plug-in hybrid (PHEV). Both are expected to feature a 2.5-liter inline-four gasoline engine, similar to the previous generation.
The vehicle is equipped with an upgraded Toyota Safety Sense system, which includes a new feature that can stop the car if it detects signs of driver fatigue (under certain conditions).
While the Toyota RAV4 Adventure 2026 impresses with its design and features, the pricing details for the entire 2026 range remain undisclosed at this point.
