Among Vietnam’s top supercar enthusiasts, the name Phan Thanh may have faded from memory in recent years due to his absence in the scene. However, his garage boasts an impressive collection of McLaren, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, and Bentley vehicles. One might wonder about the source of his wealth, and the answer lies in his family’s longstanding business success.

Hailing from a prominent business family in Ho Chi Minh City, Phan Thanh quickly rose to become the owner of multiple renowned companies. The most notable among them is Saigon Square, established on September 25, 2014, primarily dealing in real estate and land rights. In recent years, the eldest son of the Phan family has also ventured into the F&B industry and opened pickleball courts.

At one point, Phan Thanh’s garage on the bustling Dien Bien Phu Street housed dozens of supercars, sports cars, luxury vehicles, and SUVs from renowned global brands. However, he has since downsized his collection.

Among the notable sales was his Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, which he owned for over six years but barely drove. This car was soon snapped up by Dang Le Nguyen Vu for his collection. The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is powered by a 6.3-liter V12 engine that produces 730 horsepower and 690 Nm of torque.

The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, enabling the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds, reaching a top speed of 340 km/h.

Phan Thanh sold the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta to acquire a more comfortable ride, the Bentley Bentayga V8. He has also parted ways with other supercars like the Audi R8 V10 Plus and BMW i8.

His current garage still boasts an impressive lineup, including the McLaren 650S Spider, Ferrari 488 GTB, Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4, Rolls-Royce Phantom, Rolls-Royce Wraith, and various other luxury and SUV models.
