Recently, a photo of an elementary school parking lot in Hai Phong City has gone viral on social media, featuring hundreds of parents’ cars, including a head-turning Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster – the first of its kind in Vietnam.
Soon after arriving at the international school in Hai Phong, the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster reportedly experienced battery issues and had to be jump-started by a Mercedes-Benz V-Class from the same household.
The owner of this Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster boasts a collection of dozens of supercars, sports cars, and luxury vehicles, including the ultra-rare Koenigsegg CCX, hence it is understandable that some of these cars spend extended periods in the garage.
This is one of four Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadsters in Vietnam, and the first one to be spotted. Originally a red car, it has since been wrapped in a stunning emerald green color by its owner. Prior to this, the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster has sported various wraps, including matte black, chrome, and a reddish-brown hue.
In addition to the eye-catching emerald green wrap, the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster that first arrived in Vietnam also features numerous black accents, and most impressively, a two-piece carbon fiber roof. This manual roof design is far more convenient than the fabric roof found on the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640-4 Roadster. If needed, the nimble owner of this supercar can reassemble the roof in just 14 to 16 seconds.
The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster has been subtly modified with ADV.1’s ADV7 M.V2 multi-spoke wheels, which cost hundreds of millions of dong, and an even more impressive carbon fiber wing by Novitec. The car’s exhaust system has also been upgraded to an IPE unit.
There are currently six Lamborghini Aventador Roadsters in Vietnam, including four standard versions and two ultra-rare Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SV Roadsters, of which only 500 were produced worldwide.
The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces 700 horsepower at 8,250 rpm and 690 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm.
This power is sent to all four wheels through a 7-speed ISR automatic transmission, enabling the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 349 km/h.
The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster offers three driving modes: Strada for everyday use, Sport for a more dynamic experience, and Corsa for the racetrack. These modes are conveniently integrated into the steering wheel for easy access.

The Great Sunroof Debate: Luxurious Amenity or Useless Feature?
“With the summer heat blazing down, the sunroof often becomes an unnecessary feature and can even be a nuisance for many car owners. It’s not uncommon for these windows to become a source of unwanted heat and glare, turning your vehicle into an oven on wheels. But with the right approach, this extra feature can be a blessing rather than a curse.”
