Following the footsteps of its competitors, Nissan is offering a registration fee promotion this June. The automaker is providing registration fee support ranging from 50% to 100% for its Almera and Navara models this month.

Specifically, the Nissan Almera EL standard and VL high-end variants are offered with bank interest support. Meanwhile, the mid-range V version receives a 50% registration fee support for 2025 production models and 100% for 2024 models.

With this promotion, customers can save between 26 and 53 million VND, which is higher than some of its competitors in the same segment, such as the Toyota Vios and Honda City. In June, the Toyota Vios and Honda City are offered with a 50% registration fee discount, while the Hyundai Accent provides a 100% discount. The Mitsubishi Attrage also offers a registration fee support ranging from 50% to 100%, depending on the version.

Moving on to the Nissan Navara pickup truck, the EL 2WD and EL 2WD Upgraded versions are offered with a 50% registration fee discount, amounting to a value of 21 million VND. Additionally, the automaker is offering accessories as a gift for customers purchasing these two versions.

On the other hand, the Nissan Navara VL 4WD and PRO-4X are provided with bank interest support. This program is applicable to customers who sign contracts and make full deposits for Nissan vehicles from June 1 to June 30, 2025.

Nissan’s official promotion program for June 2025 (in VND)

In Vietnam, the Nissan brand currently distributes three models: the Almera, Navara, and Kicks. However, the Kicks model has not had any official promotions for a long time.

Nissan cars in Vietnam are at a price disadvantage due to their status as completely built-up imported vehicles. Therefore, without promotions, Nissan cars struggle to compete with rivals in the same segment.

The Nissan Almera in Vietnam is currently in its newest version, featuring significant upgrades in both design and equipment. The car’s safety features stand out, including a blind-spot warning system, a rear cross-traffic alert, a 360-degree camera, a moving object detection system, an automatic emergency braking system (FEB), forward collision warning, adaptive headlights, lane departure warning, and a tire pressure monitoring system.

The heart of this B-segment sedan is a 1.0L turbocharged 3-cylinder gasoline engine that produces 100 horsepower and 152 Nm of torque. The power is transmitted to the wheels through an Xtronic CVT automatic transmission, allowing the car to achieve a fuel efficiency of 23.3 km/l (approximately 4.29 l/100 km).

On the other hand, the Nissan Navara is equipped with a 2.3L turbocharged 4-cylinder diesel engine that generates 190 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission and either a 1-wheel drive or a 2-wheel drive system, depending on the version.
