Audi is continuing its product rejuvenation campaign with the reveal of the first teaser images of the new Q3. This compact luxury SUV, set to debut on June 16, is expected to “set new standards in many respects.”
While Audi has kept most details under wraps, they have shared cryptic images and stated that the Q3’s exterior design will exude “confidence.”
The released images showcase a pixelated daytime running LED light signature, reminiscent of Hyundai’s electric vehicles. The body appears sleek and highly aerodynamic.

Spy shots of the near-production-ready Audi Q3 2026 have also surfaced, showcasing a more robust front grille with a rounded design and separated headlight clusters.

The vehicle also features a curvaceous body, larger windows, and a sporty D-pillar. Prominent wheel arches and an apparently longer wheelbase are noticeable. At the rear, Audi has added an eye-catching bumper and boomerang-style taillights reminiscent of the Audi A6.

The interior of the Audi Q3 2026 remains a mystery, as no clear images have been leaked. However, it is likely to follow the design language of the new Audi A5. This could mean a 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.5-inch infotainment screen, and an optional 10.9-inch display for the front passenger.
Powertrain details for the new Audi Q3 are yet to be announced, but predictions include 1.5L and 2.0L gasoline engines. The European market may also offer a 2.0L diesel option. Additionally, there’s a possibility of a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) variant with a 2.0L gasoline engine and an electric range of approximately 113 km, similar to the Volkswagen Tiguan.
Gernot Döllner, CEO of Audi, commented: “With over two million units sold worldwide since the first generation, the Audi Q3 is one of our best-selling models and holds a significant position in our portfolio. With this third generation, we are rejuvenating an important volume model as part of our new Audi strategy.”
