Previously, this particular Porsche 911 GT3 RS 991.1 was owned by a female tycoon from Ca Mau, who is known for her involvement in a controversial cosmetic business. In the wake of recent scandals, several of her supercars were sold off, including this orange beauty, which has now found a new home in Hanoi.
There are only two Porsche 911 GT3 RS 991.1 models in Vietnam, and the other one is believed to be part of a car enthusiast’s collection in Tay Nguyen. Both cars sport an identical eye-catching orange body, yellow rims, and brake calipers, making it challenging to tell them apart at first glance. However, the first car was sold by a Ho Chi Minh City showroom to a VIP customer who is unlikely to part ways with it, making the Hanoi car the second one.
This newly arrived Porsche 911 GT3 RS in Hanoi boasts a 4.0-liter boxer six-cylinder engine that delivers an impressive 500 horsepower at 8,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 460 Nm. The engine is equipped with a direct fuel injection system (DFI) and is paired with a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. This powerful combination enables the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 310 km/h.
