Honda is set to unveil an all-new electric vehicle at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed, taking place from July 10 to 13.

The concept car, named the Super EV Concept, is expected to succeed the Honda e – an all-electric hatchback that made a strong impression with its design but has since ceased production.

Honda Super EV Concept is developed as a near-production-ready concept car in the A-segment hatchback category, featuring a five-door design. It targets modern urban customers. Although not yet officially launched, the prototype has been spotted testing in the UK, revealing several standout design elements reminiscent of the Honda e.

The front of the car stands out with its round headlamps encased in an oval frame, accompanied by the Honda logo integrated next to the charging port. The clamshell hood, flared fenders, and upright windshield contribute to an overall design that blends classic and modern aesthetics. Additionally, this concept retains traditional door handles instead of the hidden handles commonly seen on newer EVs.

While detailed technical specifications have not been disclosed, Honda hints that the Honda Super EV Concept will offer an “inspiring and exciting” driving experience. Notably, the expected range for the new model is between 300 and 400 kilometers on a single charge, a significant improvement over the Honda e’s previous range of 220 kilometers.

With its enhanced range and compact design, the Honda Super EV Concept will be a formidable contender in the small electric car segment, directly competing with models such as the Fiat 500e and Mini Cooper Electric.
