On the morning of June 23rd, a very special SUV named Rezvani Vengeance, bearing foreign license plates, made a surprise appearance on the streets of Hanoi, Vietnam.
With its military-inspired design, the vehicle immediately caught the attention of passersby.
Rezvani Motors is a California-based high-performance car tuning company known for modifying commercial platforms such as Jeep, Cadillac, Chevrolet, and Lamborghini. Their Tank, Beast, and Hercules 6×6 models have gained particular recognition. The Vengeance, based on the Cadillac Escalade, was first introduced in 2022 and is priced at $285,000 in the US, equivalent to 7.5 billion VND.
The Rezvani Vengeance is a formidable SUV developed from the Cadillac Escalade, featuring a distinctive military-esque aesthetic. Its front end boasts four LED lights on the hood, a roof LED bar, 22-inch wheels with 35-inch all-terrain tires, exuding a muscular presence reminiscent of armored military vehicles.
The pinnacle of the Rezvani Vengeance is the $95,000 Military Edition package (equivalent to 2.49 billion VND). This specialized security package equips the vehicle with over 20 defensive technologies typically found in military vehicles. The body and glass are bulletproof, the undercarriage is blast-proof, and the vehicle is equipped with instant smoke screens for evasive maneuvers. Military-grade run-flat tires, FLIR thermal imaging cameras, enhanced suspension, EMP protection, steel bumpers, magnetic door locks, electronic handles, and high-power lights are all standard features. Additional security measures include an intercom system, explosive detection sensors, pepper spray cans, gas masks, body armor, helmets, and thermal underwear for extreme situations.
Rezvani Vengeance offers a 7-seat configuration with 10 customizable seat options and a range of leather choices. The entertainment system is inherited from the Cadillac Escalade, featuring a central display with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto support, a heads-up display, digital gauges, and luxurious amenities. For an additional $125,000 (3.27 billion VND), the Executive package transforms the rear into a business lounge with two independently adjustable VIP seats, two opposing seats, a mini-bar, a TV, an iPad, and a snack tray, delivering a limousine-like experience.
Rezvani also offers unique options such as a gun compartment (118 million VND) and a solar energy system (65.5 million VND) for enhanced autonomy on extended journeys. With potential total costs exceeding 12 billion VND when fully optioned, the Rezvani Vengeance is not just an SUV but a statement of power, absolute safety, and unparalleled style on any terrain.
Rezvani Vengeance is offered with three engine options. The first is a turbocharged inline-6 diesel engine from the Escalade, producing 277 horsepower. The second is a 6.2L V8 gasoline engine generating 420 horsepower. The third and most potent option is a supercharged 6.2L V8, delivering an impressive 690 horsepower. The supercharged engine is paired with an automatic transmission and a four-wheel-drive system, ensuring superior performance in all types of challenging terrain.
