A lone Bentley Mulsanne, abandoned in a football field parking lot in Hanoi, has recently sparked intrigue on social media.

Based on the shared images, this Bentley Mulsanne is covered in dust, with an unclear license plate and no signs of recent use. Many are questioning why such an expensive car, worth billions of dong, has been neglected. Some speculate that the car may have suffered major malfunctions or had diplomatic/official plates that expired, preventing it from being re-registered and leading to its abandonment.

Previously, several other Bentleys were also spotted in severe states of disrepair, saddening car enthusiasts.

One Bentley Continental Flying Spur shocked onlookers when it was abandoned on a sidewalk, its front bumper detached, the car propped up on wooden blocks to avoid scraping the underside, and its exterior coated in dust and faded paint, resembling a pile of scrap metal.

Similarly, a white Bentley Continental GTC has been left in a violation parking lot in the Bo De area for years. The once-luxurious convertible now sports foggy headlights, rusted parts, and a grille and front bumper covered in moss, giving it a pitiful and dilapidated appearance.

Additionally, other Bentleys like the Continental Flying Spur Speed have been sighted in basement parking lots of apartment buildings, covered in thick layers of dust and clearly untouched for extended periods.

These images evoke a sense of regret and nostalgia, as these cars were once symbols of power and the aspiration of Vietnam’s elite, but now quietly fade away, forgotten in the urban landscape.
