“V-Green and VietinBank Collaborate to Accelerate Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Vietnam”

V-Green, a leading developer of electric vehicle charging stations, and VietinBank, a prominent commercial joint-stock bank in Vietnam, have joined forces to propel the expansion of EV charging infrastructure across the country.

As per the collaboration agreement, VietinBank will extend dedicated credit solutions to investors in the EV charging sector, with a particular focus on supporting V-Green’s franchisees. The financial package, amounting to VND 4,000 billion, offers attractive incentives to optimize capital access and broaden opportunities for investors.

Through this partnership, charging station investors can access credit support of up to 70% of their total investment value, with flexible repayment terms of up to five years. Investors have the autonomy to choose charging stations or other forms of assets as collateral. Notably, VietinBank will offer preferential interest rates starting from 6.3%/year for corporate clients and 6.5%/year for individual clients, with an introductory period of up to 12 months.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Duong Van Quan, Deputy General Director of VietinBank, remarked, “Sustainable development has always been a strategic priority for VietinBank. We prioritize financing projects and business plans that positively impact the environment and community. Our collaboration with V-Green underscores our strong commitment to sustainability, including the acceleration of the nation’s electric mobility transition. With a substantial credit package and attractive terms, we aim to empower investors to optimize their capital structure and expand their business endeavors, ultimately contributing to Vietnam’s green transformation.”
