An exciting drift car event took place in Ho Chi Minh City as part of the GAMA Music Racing Festival, a unique blend of music and speed, making its debut in Vietnam.
The drift car program was organized before the official opening of the main event. This was the first large-scale domestic event, gathering professional drivers from the Vietnam Drift Club, with technical and logistical support provided by Wood Garage.
Four cars were used for the performance: Nissan 350Z, Nissan Cefiro A31, BMW E46, and Hyundai Genesis Coupe. All vehicles were meticulously modified and fine-tuned by Wood Garage to ensure maximum performance and safety during the show.
With experienced drifters behind the wheel, the drift performance went smoothly, thrilling the audience with precise maneuvers and the signature smoke effect of drifting. The “burnout” moves and sharp turns excited the live audience.
In addition to the professional drift performance, the event also impressed with a display of supercars, including a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, Lamborghini Huracan, Ferrari 488, and other high-performance sports cars from special guests.
The event also featured famous artists, singers, and actors, creating a vibrant atmosphere that fused music and speed, true to the spirit of the GAMA Music Racing Festival.
After the captivating drift performance, the program officially kicked off with a series of music, performances, and professional car racing, marking a new era for music and car festivals in Vietnam.
