Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam inaugurates a new parts warehouse in Song Than Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City, marking a step forward in its strategy to enhance customer service experiences.
The operationalization of the new warehouse in the South is the first step in our plan to reduce lead times and increase storage capacity for genuine parts. Spanning an area of 3,500 square meters, the new facility features an optimized shelving system, boosting overall storage capacity by 60%.
Mr. Yanagawa Tomoki, Managing Director of Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam, emphasized: “The warehouse in Song Than Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City, stands as a testament to Mitsubishi’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and peace of mind for Vietnamese customers. We aim to deliver high-quality after-sales services with speed and efficiency.”
This year, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam will continue to expand its warehouse system in other regions and improve delivery times to authorized distributors nationwide. By optimizing the processes of receiving, storing, and distributing parts, we ensure the swift provision of genuine parts to customers across Vietnam.
