The eighth-generation Rolls-Royce Phantom has arrived, and like its predecessor, it has garnered significant attention from Vietnam’s wealthy elite. Among the dozens of Phantoms in the country, one particular vehicle stands out with its unique features.

On the outside, the car boasts a striking two-tone paint job of silver and red, complemented by a set of large multi-spoke dual wheels. But it’s when you open the door that the real opulence is revealed. The interior is draped in a rich red, and a unique partition between the driver and passenger compartments adds a touch of exclusivity.

The eighth-generation Phantom is easily recognizable by its distinctive design and LED taillights. It also features laser headlights and a daytime running light strip, providing an impressive 600-meter range at night. The iconic Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament sits 12mm higher, and the grille has been subtly redesigned.

The interior of the eighth-generation Phantom has been refreshed, with a focal point being the customizable “The Gallery” feature on the dashboard. This area can be personalized with oil paintings, ceramics, silk artwork, feather inlays, or even 3D-printed gold objects. The car is equipped with a 12.3-inch TFT screen, a four-zone automatic climate control system, and a Rolls-Royce Bespoke audio system with 18 speakers and 1,300 watts of power.

Among the numerous eighth-generation Phantoms in Vietnam, this particular vehicle stands out with its unique partition between the passenger and driver compartments. A Hanoi-based collector swiftly acquired this one-of-a-kind car for their garage.

The price of this extraordinary eighth-generation Rolls-Royce Phantom is an astonishing 39 billion VND, which is even lower than the price of a pre-owned Phantom VIII.

In fact, it’s a staggering 20 billion VND less than the asking price of 60 billion VND for another eighth-generation Phantom. This particular car may have a “western” license plate, which could explain its attractive price. However, renewing the registration to a local plate will incur additional costs.

The eighth-generation Phantom, offered for sale at 39 billion VND, is powered by the same V12, twin-turbocharged 6.75-liter engine as its predecessor. It produces an impressive 563 horsepower, an increase of 110 horsepower over the seventh-generation model, and a maximum torque of 900 Nm, an increase of 180 Nm.

The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, featuring “satellite aid” technology for smooth gear changes. This combination enables the Phantom to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.3 seconds, delivering an exceptional driving experience befitting of its prestigious name.
