As planned, the mid-life facelift of the Hyundai Stargazer is set to debut at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2025 on July 24th.
Notably, both the standard and the Stargazer X variants – an MPV-SUV crossover – have been refreshed by Hyundai.

Ahead of the event, the Hyundai Stargazer X 2026 has made a surprise appearance with a sportier and more muscular look. The front bumper has been redesigned with air intakes placed at the corners, wider and sharper. Both the front and rear bumpers are accented with silver trim, adding a sense of robustness and a stronger SUV character.
The vehicle is fitted with glossy black multi-spoke alloy wheels, housed within black plastic wheel arch claddings – a feature unique to the X variant, distinguishing it from the standard Stargazer.

Similar to the standard version, the Hyundai Stargazer X 2026 features an ‘H’-shaped headlight design with refined lines, creating a cohesive look with the rear. The taillights have also been refreshed, connected by a high-mounted LED strip, enhancing recognition and providing a modern visual effect to the overall design.
Currently, Hyundai has not disclosed detailed specifications of the Stargazer X 2026, but according to multiple sources, it is likely to retain the 1.5L 4-cylinder Smartstream petrol engine, producing 113 horsepower, just like its predecessor.
Moreover, the overall dimensions are expected to remain unchanged, with length, width, and height measurements of 4,495 x 1,815 x 1,710 mm, a wheelbase of 2,780 mm, and a ground clearance of 200 mm. These are relatively impressive figures in the urban MPV segment, allowing for more agile maneuvering on uneven terrain.
