A Kawasaki dealership in Ho Chi Minh City recently teased on their Facebook page that they will be bringing the Bimota Tesi H2 to Vietnam.
In a conversation with Tri Thức Trá»±c Tuyến – Znews, a representative from the dealership confirmed that they will be importing only one unit of the Bimota Tesi H2. The expected selling price is 2.2 billion VND. The dealership representative added: “The bike is imported from Italy, and it takes about four months to get it to Vietnam.”
The Bimota Tesi H2 is a collaboration between Bimota and Kawasaki. It stands out with its unique design, particularly the front suspension with a hub-center steering system, resembling a rear swingarm. This type of suspension offers improved stability, especially when braking in corners. However, it is more expensive to produce, which is why it is not commonly found on mass-market bikes.

Powering the Bimota Tesi H2 is a liquid-cooled, supercharged 998 cc inline-four engine. This engine produces a whopping 238.5 horsepower at 11,500 rpm and a peak torque of 141 Nm at 11,000 rpm. A 6-speed transmission puts all that power to the ground.
In the UK, the Bimota Tesi H2 retails for 59,000 euros, which is approximately 1.58 billion VND. In addition to the Tricolore-painted version, a Carbon edition is also available at the same price.
Once it arrives in Vietnam, the Bimota Tesi H2 will become the most expensive officially-distributed superbike in the country. Currently, the BMW M 1000 RR holds this title, priced at 1.6 billion VND.
