The latest generation of the BMW M-Series has been officially distributed in the Vietnamese market, with a price tag of 5 billion VND for the M3, and a minimum of 5.6 billion VND for the BMW M4 Competition, excluding additional options.
Clearly, the M4 is the highest trim of the BMW M-Series available in Vietnam, and aside from the orange model, another unit in gray has been spotted on the roads, likely costing nearly 7 billion VND on the road.
At first glance, this BMW M4 Competition 2025 sports a sleek mouse gray color, a popular choice for supercars, ultra-luxury cars, and premium SUVs. This color truly stands out on a high-performance BMW M model.
Complementing the gray exterior are numerous carbon fiber elements, including the front bumper, rear diffuser, rear wing, and attractive dual-spoke rims with dark accents and bright red brake calipers.
The BMW M4 Competition features a bold design with its distinctive large twin kidney grilles extending down to the front bumper, alongside equally prominent side air intakes. Other notable design elements include a sculpted hood, front fender vents, sporty side sills, aerodynamically optimized side mirrors, and an aggressive rear bumper. The rear bumper also incorporates a black diffuser and a sports exhaust system with four tailpipes.
Other notable exterior features include LED headlights, a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) roof, and darkened taillights. Customers can further enhance their M4 with the M Carbon exterior package, which adds CFRP components such as a rear wing, diffuser, and exterior mirrors.
The BMW M4 Competition is fitted with 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels, featuring polished spokes that emphasize their size.
Step inside, and you’ll find Merino leather seats with cooling functionality, a first for BMW. Alternatively, the M Carbon seats are available as an option, offering a weight reduction of 9.5 kg compared to the standard seats, along with illuminated M logos.
Lastly, the digital instrument cluster boasts a 12.3-inch screen, accompanied by a 10.25-inch display for the infotainment system, which supports Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and BMW Maps with cloud-based technology.
Under the hood, the BMW M4 Competition is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six engine, delivering an impressive 503 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque. Thanks to this potent engine, the M4 can sprint from 0 to 96 km/h in just 3.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 290 km/h with the optional M Driver’s Package.
The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters and an M xDrive all-wheel-drive system. This setup includes an Active M rear differential with three modes: 4WD, 4WD Sport, and 2WD.
