The luxurious Lexus LC 500 Convertible has recently received a price adjustment, accompanied by some personalized options.

Accordingly, the price of the Lexus LC 500 Convertible will increase slightly by $800 (20.9 million VND) compared to the previous generation. Specifically, customers in the US will have to pay $109,200 (2.85 billion VND) to own this soft-top car with a naturally aspirated V8 engine.

In terms of overall design, the 2026 LC 500 Convertible doesn’t differ much from its predecessor. It retains its elegant styling and a 5.0L V8 engine that produces 471 horsepower and 540 Nm of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. Lexus states that the torque peaks at 4,800 rpm, delivering a smooth yet exhilarating driving experience.

Customers can choose from eight exterior colors, including the exclusive Wind White offered in the Inspiration Series special edition. Some colors like Caviar or Nori Green are provided free of charge, while special colors range from $500 to $590 (13 to 15 million VND).

The soft top of the LC 500 Convertible can be selected in black, sand, red, or blue, with the latter two being part of the Bespoke Build package, which costs an additional $6,155 (160.9 million VND).

Lexus continues its Bespoke Build personalization program in 2026, priced at $1,900 (49.6 million VND). This option allows buyers to create a unique LC 500 Convertible with distinct combinations of exterior, interior, and performance features. Each vehicle in this program comes with an authentication certificate made from traditional Japanese washi paper, bearing the seal and signature of Master Craftsman Yasushi Muto, a subtle detail that showcases craftsmanship and collectability.

Notably, Lexus also introduced the limited-edition LC 500 Convertible Inspiration Series, with only 350 units available for the entire North American market.

This version boasts an exclusive Wind paint job, a two-tone soft top (brown-silver), and a premium semi-aniline leather interior in Saddle Tan and white. It also features a host of special details, including: 21-inch black alloy wheels; dark chrome trim; a sporty front bumper; a high-performance strut brace; a rear limited-slip differential; the Climate Concierge package with neck heaters and heated steering wheel; a Mark Levinson premium audio system; a head-up display; carbon fiber underbody panels; and exclusive door sills…

Alongside the introduction of this limited edition, Lexus has confirmed that the LC 500h hybrid will no longer be produced for the 2026 model year. This is due to lower-than-expected sales, as the brand shifts its focus towards new high-performance models.

Specifically, Lexus is developing an all-new sports car called the LFR, expected to debut in 2026 as a 2027 model. This model is anticipated to directly replace the LC, featuring a more powerful twin-turbocharged V8 engine and a more modern design.

With a slight price adjustment, additional personalization options, and an exclusive limited edition, the 2026 Lexus LC 500 Convertible maintains its position as one of the most notable luxury convertibles in the grand tourer segment today.
