A private motorcycle dealership in Ho Chi Minh City has recently imported the limited-edition Honda Super Cub 50 Final Edition to Vietnam, just before the iconic model’s discontinuation.
First introduced in late 2024, the Super Cub 50 Final Edition is a limited production model with only 2,000 units manufactured exclusively for the Japanese domestic market. Its presence in Vietnam has attracted the attention of automotive enthusiasts, especially collectors passionate about the classic Cub series.
Honda Super Cub 50 Final Edition boasts a retro design, featuring a white and Bonnie blue color scheme that pays homage to the first-generation Super Cub 50 from 1966. The exterior is accentuated with silver and chrome accents, highlighting its classic style.
As the final iteration of the series, the Super Cub 50 Final Edition showcases distinctive features such as the “Honda 50 Final Edition” logo on its sides, a front badge inspired by the original C50, a two-tone seat, and matching accessories like the rear luggage rack, chain cover, and mudguards.
Honda Super Cub 50 Final Edition is equipped with a signature round LED headlight, while the separate taillight also echoes the design of its classic Cub predecessor. This limited edition model features spoked wheels, analog instrumentation, and a unique key with “Super Cub 50 Final Edition” engraving.
Powering the Honda Super Cub 50 Final Edition is a single-cylinder engine with a 49cc displacement, delivering 3.6 horsepower and 3.8 Nm of peak torque, paired with a four-speed transmission. While the output might not be substantial, the bike is more than capable of navigating urban environments.
The pricing of the Honda Super Cub 50 Final Edition in Vietnam remains undisclosed. In the Japanese market, this model is priced at 270,000 Yen (approximately 46 million VND). Given its limited availability and iconic status, the actual price in Vietnam is expected to be significantly higher.
