Previously, Honda Vietnam announced that due to an IT system issue with updating the serial number of batteries during the battery swap process, Honda Authorized Dealers were temporarily unable to provide battery swap services for the CUV e: electric vehicles.
However, the issue has now been resolved, and Honda HEADs are resuming normal battery swap services for customers.
Customers who rent the Honda CUV e: electric vehicles will enjoy exclusive privileges, including the ability to swap batteries at any of the 19 Honda HEAD locations offering CUV e: rentals in Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City.
