Kia has just unveiled the mid-life cycle upgrade for its premium MPV, the 2026 Carnival.

With notable improvements in design, technology, and user experience, the new Carnival is expected to maintain its leading position in the multi-purpose family car segment.

In this upgrade, the 2026 Carnival Prestige trim now includes a smart power tailgate and electronic mirrors, enhancing convenience for daily use.

The Noblesse trim has been upgraded with a multi-zone voice recognition system, Kia Digital Key 2, and touch-sensitive door handles. Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line Signature trim stands out with new LED taillights and turn signals, adding a modern touch to its exterior.

Notably, the 2026 Carnival also introduces a multi-zone voice recognition system, activated by the command “Hey Kia”. This feature can distinguish the location of the speaker by row and left/right side, making it ideal for large families, which are the core customers of the Carnival.

From the Signature trim upwards, customers have the option of a premium BOSE sound system with 12 speakers and a separate amplifier, delivering an immersive musical experience, especially for bass-heavy genres.

Kia has also introduced an entirely new X-Line trim, replacing the previous Gravity model. With its off-road SUV styling, the X-Line features unique black Kia logos, dark-tinted wheels, and distinct exterior details, appealing to customers who favor a bold and adventurous look.

The 2026 Carnival is powered by a choice of two engines: a 3.5L gasoline engine or a 1.6L turbocharged hybrid.

In South Korea, the vehicle is offered in multiple trims and seating configurations (7-seater and 9-seater), with prices ranging from 26,000 to 37,000 USD (approximately 683,770,000 to 973,000,000 VND) depending on the trim and engine choice.
