Recently, a Southern dealership announced that they are now accepting deposits for the 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLE 400e. The vehicle has already arrived in Vietnam and is undergoing final registration procedures before its official launch.
According to the dealership, the 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLE 400e is expected to be priced at over 4 billion VND. The first units will be delivered to customers starting from November.
Powering the GLE 400e 2025 is a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrain, combining a turbocharged 2.0L gasoline engine producing 252 horsepower with an electric motor generating 136 horsepower, resulting in a total output of 381 horsepower.
This SUV is equipped with a fourth-generation lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity exceeding 30 kWh. This enables the GLE 400e to travel nearly 100 km on electric power alone, outperforming many competitors in its segment.
Notably, the PHEV version offers multiple driving modes, including: Hybrid, Eco, Comfort, Sport, Individual, and Offroad.
When overtaking or accelerating, both the gasoline engine and electric motor work together to deliver a swift response. If the battery is low, the system automatically switches to hybrid mode to ensure uninterrupted operation.
