Geely Group successfully launched 11 new satellites using the Smart Dragon-3 rocket from Shandong Province, China. This marks the fifth launch of the “Geely Future Mobility Constellation” satellite system, also known as GEESATCOM.
With this deployment, GEESATCOM has increased its total number of operational satellites to 52, aiming for 64 by the end of 2025. This expansion is designed to establish a near-global IoT satellite network. In just one month, Geely executed two consecutive successful launches, showcasing rapid deployment capabilities.
