At the recent 2025 Munich Auto Show (IAA Mobility), Porsche unveiled the pinnacle of its iconic 911 lineup: the Turbo S. Shortly after, Porsche began accepting deposits for this model in Vietnam.
As with previous iterations, the Porsche 911 Turbo S is available in two body styles: Coupe and Cabriolet. The highlight of this model is its twin-turbocharged T-Hybrid powertrain, making the new 911 Turbo S the most powerful production version of the 911 ever.
The 2026 Porsche 911 Turbo S is available in both coupe and convertible variants.
First introduced in 2024 on the 911 Carrera GTS, the T-Hybrid powertrain features a 3.6L Boxer engine paired with two electric turbochargers (eTurbo), delivering a maximum output of 711 horsepower between 6,500 and 7,000 rpm and a peak torque of 800 Nm from 2,300 to 6,000 rpm.
Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with a lightweight high-voltage battery pack with a capacity of 1.9 kWh and an 8-speed PDK transmission featuring an integrated electric motor, which channels power to Porsche’s all-wheel-drive system (PTM).
Despite the added components for the high-performance hybrid system, the new Porsche 911 Turbo S is only 85 kg heavier than its predecessor. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h for the Turbo S Coupe has improved by 0.2 seconds, now achieving this feat in just 2.5 seconds. The top speed of the new 911 Turbo S is 322 km/h.

The T-Hybrid powertrain, with its high-voltage electrical system and battery, enables the 911 Turbo S to feature the electro-hydraulically controlled active chassis system (ehPDCC) as standard. This system minimizes body roll during cornering and enhances agility. For everyday usability, the ehPDCC system also includes a front-axle lift function, which operates significantly faster than before, thanks to its integration into the 400 V electrical system.
Beyond the engine, the 2026 Porsche 911 Turbo S boasts an updated exterior design with a new aerodynamic system that optimizes cooling and performance. The front features vertically arranged active cooling vents, along with an active diffuser, a variable front spoiler, and an extendable rear wing. According to Porsche, the drag coefficient of the Turbo S Coupe has been reduced by 10% compared to the previous model.
The vehicle also features new tires with a 10 mm wider rear section, measuring 325/30 ZR 21. The front tires remain at 255/35 ZR 20. Standard Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) with new high-load brake pads are also included.
Porsche engineers have increased the rear brake disc diameter from 390 mm to 410 mm, while the front discs remain at 420 mm. This makes the new 911 Turbo S the first two-door sports car to feature such a large PCCB braking system.
Other exterior highlights include HD Matrix LED headlights, the Sport Chrono package, and contrasting Turbonite accents on the logo, “Turbo S” badge, and center-lock wheels. Turbonite details also appear on the rear wing trim and window surrounds.
The side air intakes at the rear haunches distinctly differentiate the Turbo S from the 911 Carrera. The rear end features a redesigned diffuser, a pearl-effect rear light bar, and a new standard sports exhaust system with a rear silencer and oval titanium tailpipes, reducing weight by 6.8 kg.

Inside, Turbonite accents continue on the door panels, steering wheel, dashboard, center console trim, decorative stitching, Sport Chrono clock, and instrument cluster. The safety belts and select center console buttons also feature this color. For the first time, carbon fiber trim with neodymium accents and a black microfiber perforated roof lining are available.

The coupe version of the Porsche 911 Turbo S comes standard with two seats. A rear seat configuration can be selected at no additional cost. The Cabriolet version offers a standard 2+2 seating arrangement.
The interior features 18-way adjustable sports seats with memory function and embroidered “Turbo S” logos on the headrests. The embossed Turbo S pattern on the seats and door panels echoes the design of the original 911 Turbo 930. The lightweight folding bucket seats from the 911 GT3 are an optional extra for the coupe.
The flagship Porsche 911 model is expected to be delivered to Vietnamese customers starting in Q3 2026.
The 2026 Porsche 911 Turbo S pricing for Vietnam has not yet been announced.
