A stunning Ferrari 488 GTB supercar was recently spotted on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City, offering a rare opportunity for photographers to capture this unique vehicle after months of absence.

When undertaking the “3-in-1” customization project for his Ferrari 488 GTB, the owner received a mix of praise and criticism. However, to this day, this car remains one of the most unique and distinctive custom projects not only in Vietnam but also across ASEAN.

From the front, this Ferrari 488 GTB might be mistaken for a complete Mansory Siracusa 4XX customization. The German tuner has equipped the car with an extended front bumper, a large carbon fiber front splitter, and carbon fiber air intakes.

The new hood features a distinctive carbon fiber air vent near the windshield, along with prominent ribs that enhance its aesthetic appeal. Just below is the Italian flag. Moving to the sides, the carbon fiber accents on the side air intakes and the massive carbon fiber side skirts further emphasize the car’s sporty character. The carbon fiber mirror caps complete the look.

Above the front wheel arches, two new carbon fiber air vents have been added. The edges of the front air intakes are adorned with additional carbon fiber trim, enhancing the Ferrari 488 GTB’s aggressive appearance. New side air vents and a carbon fiber trim strip have also been incorporated into the design.

After completing the front and side customizations inspired by Mansory’s Siracusa 4XX, the owner of this Ferrari 488 GTB surprised everyone by choosing Pogea Racing to transform the rear end of the car.

In April 2018, Pogea Racing unveiled their Ferrari 488 GTB customization, named FPlus Corsa. This package includes a carbon fiber body kit, 21-inch wheels, and an engine upgrade that boosts power to 820 hp, a 159 hp increase over the standard model. This customization is limited to just 20 Ferrari 488 GTBs worldwide.

For the rear of the Ferrari 488 GTB, Pogea Racing replaced the entire rear bodywork with a custom carbon fiber kit. The standout feature is the exposed side air vents, which reveal the wheels and add a bold, aggressive touch.

The massive carbon fiber rear wing not only enhances the car’s aerodynamics at high speeds but also improves its overall aesthetics. This marks the first time in Vietnam that a Ferrari 488 GTB has been customized by two renowned tuners.

In addition to the exterior customizations from Mansory and Pogea Racing, the owner upgraded the wheels to Vossen HF-2s, featuring a multi-spoke design.

The Vossen HF-2 wheels are available in 10 different colors, and the owner chose Gloss Yellow to complement the Ferrari’s iconic Rosso Corsa red paint and carbon fiber accents.

The standard Ferrari 488 GTB is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 engine, producing 661 hp and 760 Nm of torque. Paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 330 km/h.

Interestingly, while both Mansory’s Siracusa 4XX and Pogea Racing’s FPlus Corsa offer engine upgrades, this particular Ferrari 488 GTB retains its stock engine. Instead, the owner opted for a new IPE exhaust system, promising a more impressive sound compared to the standard Ferrari exhaust.
