V-Green Global Charging Station Development Joint Stock Company and Viettel Post Corporation have signed a strategic cooperation memorandum to accelerate digital and green transformation in transportation and logistics.
Both parties will optimize each other’s networks to expand V-Green’s charging stations and battery swap cabinets, as well as Viettel Post’s smart delivery lockers across thousands of locations nationwide.
Under the agreement, V-Green will survey and install 3,000 charging stations and battery swap cabinets for electric motorbikes at Viettel Post locations, contributing to V-Green’s goal of achieving 500,000 charging ports and 150,000 battery swap cabinets across Vietnam in the near future.
Meanwhile, Viettel Post will deploy 2,000 Smart Box delivery lockers at suitable V-Green charging and battery swap locations. Leveraging V-Green’s extensive network of hundreds of thousands of points nationwide, Viettel Post can rapidly expand its smart delivery channels to all 34 provinces and cities.
Beyond utilizing each other’s networks, the two companies aim to develop franchising models for charging stations, battery swap cabinets, and smart delivery lockers, creating new business opportunities. Viettel Post and V-Green have also agreed to prioritize using each other’s services, from express delivery and logistics to transportation, installation, and system operation.
Additionally, both parties are committed to jointly researching and developing electric motorbike models tailored to the needs of postal workers and delivery personnel, contributing to the modernization of Vietnam’s delivery industry.

Currently, V-Green operates the largest electric vehicle charging network in Vietnam, with 150,000 charging ports, and is continuously expanding into international markets. Over the next two years, V-Green plans to increase the number of electric vehicle charging ports in Vietnam to 500,000 and establish a network of 150,000 battery swap cabinets nationwide. Meanwhile, Viettel Post is one of Vietnam’s top logistics companies, with a delivery network covering all 34 provinces and cities.
