On October 17, 2025, Honda Vietnam (HVN) hosted the final round of the Outstanding Customer Service Staff Competition at their headquarters in Phu Tho.

The annual Honda competition serves not only as a platform for engagement but also as an opportunity to enhance the skills of technicians, service advisors, customer relations officers, and parts staff from Honda automobile distributors nationwide. This initiative aims to elevate customer satisfaction across Vietnam.

Launched in May 2025, this year’s competition attracted over 800 participants nationwide, competing in five categories: Customer Relations Officer, Service Advisor, Body Repair Technician, Paint Technician, and Parts Staff. After the first round of theoretical assessments and the second round of practical tests, 45 top contenders were selected for the finals. On October 17, 2025, these 45 finalists gathered at HVN’s headquarters to showcase their expertise, share practical skills, and exchange real-world work experiences.

The competition featured diverse formats, allowing participants to demonstrate their strengths comprehensively. The Theoretical round began with multiple-choice and essay questions, covering customer service, technical knowledge, and parts expertise. Within a limited timeframe, contestants showcased their solid expertise and competed fiercely in information processing speed.

The scenario-based and practical rounds highlighted participants’ ability to handle situations swiftly and apply knowledge effectively, leaving a lasting impression on the organizing committee.

Additionally, the persuasive speech segment allowed contestants to display confidence, customer-centric perspectives, and innovative work ideas in a highly engaging yet challenging environment.

After a full day of rigorous evaluation by the judges, the finals concluded with 15 top performers across the five categories from various distributors. The winners are as follows:

Furthermore, HVN awarded 30 Encouragement Prizes, consisting of smartwatches, to other participants.
