To enhance customer experience and provide better service, VinFast is launching a comprehensive survey for all its car owners, starting from October 20-26, 2025.
The survey focuses on three key areas: staff professionalism and service attitude, repair speed and turnaround time, and repair quality along with technicians’ expertise. Additionally, customers are encouraged to share feedback and suggestions regarding products, services, and all aspects of their personal experience with VinFast vehicles.
Through this initiative, VinFast aims to gather valuable insights from customers about after-sales service quality. This feedback will enable the company to develop practical plans, further improve customer satisfaction, and maintain its position as the market leader in after-sales service.
The survey will be conducted nationwide, targeting nearly 300,000 customers over a 7-day period from October 20-26, 2025.
VinFast will send direct emails to each customer and notify them via the VinFast app, ensuring easy access to the survey. The results will be analyzed, and VinFast will formulate appropriate action plans to enhance service quality and better meet customer needs.
By participating in the survey and providing accurate vehicle information, customers not only contribute valuable feedback to VinFast but also stand a chance to earn 50 VPoint rewards through their VinClub account. These points can be used to purchase products or services within the Vingroup ecosystem.
