Recently, Toyota unveiled an entirely new concept, the Corolla Cross Hybrid Nasu Edition 2026.
The Corolla Cross Hybrid Nasu Edition 2026 concept draws inspiration from the spirit of exploration and adventure. Crafted by Toyota’s Service Parts and Accessories Development (SPAD) team, it combines CAD design technology, 3D printing, CNC machining, and handcrafted assembly across multiple locations.
This special edition features a comprehensive upgrade, from its exterior to its performance. It boasts a unique off-road body kit, a lifted suspension, and rugged Toyo Open Country A/T III tires. The fine-tuned suspension system, paired with sturdy black alloy wheels, delivers a robust appearance and enhanced stability on challenging terrains.
The exterior design has been nearly entirely refreshed, featuring redesigned front and rear bumpers, oversized fender flares, anti-slip side steps, auxiliary LED lights, and a hood scoop that exudes off-road character. The roof-mounted Nasu cargo rack includes a specialized mountain bike, a tribute by Toyota to young cycling champion Asa Vermette, the world mountain biking champion.
The interior of this concept is tailored for extended journeys, featuring custom step lights, cargo area lighting, and floor illumination. It also includes a lockable rear drawer, high-output JBL Bluetooth speakers, and a portable refrigerator—all designed to provide comfort and freedom for adventure enthusiasts.
Under the hood, the Corolla Cross Hybrid Nasu Edition 2026 retains its hybrid powertrain, pairing a 2.0L engine with an electric motor for a combined output of 196 horsepower. The all-wheel-drive system ensures fuel efficiency without compromising the power needed for off-road adventures.
