The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for the Bentley sedan lineage, celebrating 60 years since the debut of the first unibody Bentley luxury car. Twenty years after the T Series launched in 1965, the Crewe-based manufacturer introduced the high-performance Turbo R. Another two decades later, the original Flying Spur emerged, sharing the Continental GT’s platform.
For each anniversary, Bentley and Mulliner craft a highly customized Flying Spur from the current generation. The first was the Flying Spur Azure in Shell Grey, honoring the T Series with triple-spoke wheels and chrome accents, including a bright chrome strip running the length of the body.
Customized with T Series Slate primary leather and Beluga secondary leather, this 671-horsepower luxury sedan exudes opulence with Burr Walnut wood adorning door panels, picnic tables, the center console, and dashboard.
Equipped with Bentley’s rotating display, mood lighting, and Naim audio system, the Flying Spur Azure sets a new standard for luxury.
Next, Bentley set a new performance benchmark with the Turbo R. The Mulliner Flying Spur Speed, inspired by the Turbo R, boasts a more powerful plug-in hybrid powertrain than the aforementioned Flying Spur Azure. This twin-turbocharged V8 plug-in hybrid system delivers an estimated maximum output of 771 horsepower.
With an all-electric range of 47 miles (76 km), the Flying Spur Speed accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds. In other European markets, it achieves 0 to 100 km/h in an estimated 3.5 seconds.
Remarkably quick for a vehicle of its size! For personalization, Mulliner chose Brooklands Green with hand-painted Monaco Yellow coachlines for added allure.
Spoked wheels with a gray finish, bright machine face, and self-leveling wheel caps are also included.
The Flying B radiator mascot in bright stainless steel completes the exterior. Inside, the cabin draws inspiration from the Turbo R, featuring Linen and Cumbrian Green leather, Open Pore Dark Burr Walnut with Cumbrian Green Piano veneer, chrome accents, and Signal Yellow details.
The final edition, the Mulliner Flying Spur Speed, pays homage to its 20-year-old predecessor, the 2005 Continental Flying Spur, which featured a 552-horsepower W12 engine and full-time Torsen all-wheel drive. Painted in Cypress over Dark Grey Satin 10-spoke wheels, this ultra-luxury sedan also features Saddle coachlines.
Equipped with carbon fiber front splitter and treadplates from the Styling Specification, the plug-in hybrid is upholstered in a unique Green and Saddle leather. According to Bentley, the green leather was exclusively developed for this application. Mulliner also incorporated diamond quilting and embroidered Bentley emblems.
For the 2026 model year, the Flying Spur starts at approximately $250,000 for the standard version, nearly $280,000 for the Speed, and $300,000 for the Mulliner edition.
