VinFast Announces Strategic Partnership with LORET Group in French Overseas Territories

This move marks a significant milestone in VinFast’s global business transformation strategy, aimed at aggressively expanding its sales network, enhancing market presence, and optimizing operational efficiency for long-term growth.

The strategic partnership with LORET Group will enable VinFast to unlock new potential in the French overseas territories while strengthening its distribution network across Europe. Under this agreement, LORET Group will establish an efficient sales channel, responsible for distributing VinFast’s electric vehicles to local dealerships and customers. In preparation for the year-end peak season, VinFast has already begun delivering electric vehicles to LORET Group.

The distribution agreement is valid for up to 5 years. In 2025, LORET Group will focus on marketing two electric SUV models, the VF 6 and VF 8, belonging to the highly popular B-SUV and D-SUV segments. Moving forward, VinFast’s product portfolio, including both current and upcoming models, is expected to expand significantly.

Distribution volumes will be flexibly adjusted based on actual business performance, with a target of achieving 100% sales growth by 2026.

As part of the partnership, VinFast commits to offering competitive pricing, marketing cost support, and comprehensive product training programs to enhance the capabilities of LORET Group’s workforce.

For customers, VinFast will continue to launch attractive sales programs and industry-leading after-sales services, adhering to the company’s stringent global standards.

Denis Lesueur, Chairman and CEO of LORET Group, stated: “LORET Group is proud to partner with VinFast, a dynamic and forward-thinking all-electric vehicle brand from Vietnam. As a strategic distributor, LORET Group is committed to building a robust sales network, enabling dealerships to deliver zero-emission, smooth, and modern electric vehicles to customers, thereby enhancing the quality of life in the regions we serve.”

Lê Ngọc Chi, CEO of VinFast Europe, commented: “VinFast is thrilled to welcome LORET Group as a key European partner in our global network. Leveraging our partners’ reputation, capabilities, infrastructure, and local market insights, we are dedicated to expanding effectively and sustainably across European markets.”

In addition to the French overseas territories, VinFast is actively strengthening its presence in France and Germany, Europe’s most influential automotive markets, with an expanding dealership network.

Through its strategy of broadening retail and wholesale networks via dealerships and distributors, VinFast aims not only to optimize operational efficiency and increase brand visibility but also to swiftly meet the growing customer demand.

Furthermore, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize benefits, VinFast has partnered with leading after-sales service providers, leveraging a specialized network of service workshops and technical centers in Europe.

Looking ahead, the company is committed to further developing its distributor, dealership, and after-sales service networks in key markets and expanding into other European countries. VinFast will also diversify its smart electric vehicle ecosystem, reaffirming its long-term commitment to European consumers and driving sustainable growth for the future.
