VinFast has announced adjustments to its maintenance service pricing at central and suburban service centers. To reduce wait times in central areas, VinFast encourages customers to visit suburban centers with a discounted maintenance rate: from 300,000 VND/hour to 200,000 VND/hour. VinFast will cover the price reduction for these service centers.
Customers can save up to 1,050,000 VND (depending on the vehicle model and maintenance level) by opting for routine maintenance at suburban service centers.
This offer is valid from October 21, 2025, to March 31, 2026. After this period, standard pricing will apply.
Conversely, some central service centers will increase their routine maintenance rates from 300,000 VND/hour to 400,000 VND/hour. This adjustment is effective from October 21, 2025, to March 31, 2026, or until further notice.
The price change does not apply to GSM service centers and only affects routine maintenance. Other repair services remain at 300,000 VND/hour.

Additionally, VinFast is offering a free vehicle pick-up and drop-off service within a 20 km radius at all service centers nationwide from September 22 to November 22, 2025, excluding battery repairs. Customers can conveniently book this service through the VinFast App.
After the promotional period, standard rates will apply: 250,000 VND for the first 3 km (calculated via VinFast App) and 25,000 VND per additional kilometer.
