At the Japan Mobility Show 2025, Mercedes-Maybach unveiled the exclusive SL 680 Monogram Series, further cementing its position as the pinnacle of luxury within the Mercedes-Benz Group.

The Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series roadster captivates not only with its exquisite design but also with its meticulous handcrafted artistry, showcasing the Maybach Monogram logo intricately etched from the exterior to the interior.

The version showcased in Japan features the elegant Opalite White Magno matte finish, paired with large multi-spoke Maybach wheels. Compared to the model presented in Germany in 2024, this year’s iteration retains its overall style with only minor refinements.

The front fascia stands out with Maybach’s signature vertical chrome grille. The front air intakes and lower bumper are adorned with the Monogram pattern, creating a dynamic light effect from various angles. The hood and rear deck are hand-polished, adding depth to the embossed logos, reflecting craftsmanship akin to high-end watchmaking or jewelry.

At the rear, the two-seater Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series retains the SL line’s sporty silhouette, featuring dual chrome-tipped exhausts and a sleek trunk design. Despite its dynamic stance, the vehicle exudes the refinement and precision of Mercedes-Maybach’s “Luxury Haute Voiture” philosophy.

The interior epitomizes handcrafted luxury, with every detail finished in Exclusive Nappa Crystal White leather and accented by Monogram stitching. The premium leather-wrapped steering wheel, Maybach-embossed treadplates, gold-plated pedals, and the adjustable 11.8-inch MBUX center screen create a space that blends opulence with cutting-edge technology.

Under the hood, the Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series is powered by a 4.0L V8 Biturbo engine delivering 585 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and reaches a top speed of 260 km/h.

Combining sporty performance with artisanal craftsmanship, the Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram Series White Ambience is more than a convertible—it’s a statement of refined living, tailored for those who value exclusivity, sophistication, and bespoke excellence.
