When it comes to Lamborghini enthusiasts in Vietnam, Phạm Trần Nhật Minh, also known as Minh “Nhựa,” is a name that stands out. He’s renowned for being among the first to bring exclusive Lamborghini models to the country, including the limited-edition Murcielago LP670-4 SV (only 186 units worldwide) and the Aventador LP750-4 SV (600 units produced). Recently, Minh “Nhựa” shared images of a sleek black Lamborghini Urus SE, sparking speculation that he’s added another prized vehicle to his collection.

Rumors began circulating that Minh “Nhựa” had purchased the Urus SE, especially since he expressed interest in the model as early as April last year. Now, the vehicle has finally arrived in Vietnam, featuring a striking black exterior, though details about its interior configuration remain undisclosed.

One of the most captivating features of the Lamborghini Urus SE is its ability to travel up to 60 km solely on electric power, without consuming any fuel. This innovation has ignited excitement among enthusiasts of Lamborghini’s “Raging Bull” SUVs, who are eager to experience this hybrid marvel firsthand.

In Vietnam, the Lamborghini Urus SE is available at a starting price of 14.79 billion VND, excluding optional upgrades and registration fees. With such a competitive price point, the Urus SE is poised to become a favorite among Vietnamese tycoons.

The heart of the Lamborghini Urus SE, as showcased by Minh “Nhựa,” remains the familiar 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine found in the standard Urus, Urus Performante, and the mid-cycle refreshed Urus S. Over 30 units of these models are already owned by Vietnamese elites. However, the Urus SE introduces a new hybrid system, pairing the V8 engine with an electric motor integrated into the 8-speed automatic transmission. The V8 engine delivers 612 horsepower, while the electric motor adds 189 horsepower.

Combined, the Lamborghini Urus SE boasts a total output of 789 horsepower, making it the most powerful variant in the Urus lineup to date. This power enables the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, faster than the Urus S but slightly behind the Performante.

Additionally, the Urus SE is equipped with a 25.9 kWh battery pack, allowing it to travel up to 60 km in electric-only mode. This feature not only enhances the vehicle’s appeal but also positions it as an attractive option in markets offering tax incentives for zero-emission vehicles.
