Ford Vietnam Signs MoU to Advance Ford Ensure Program

This event strengthens and expands the Ford Ensure program, aiming to enhance the quality of vehicle insurance services for customers.

The ceremony took place in Hanoi, attended by Ford Vietnam and strategic insurance partners, witnessed by representatives from the nationwide Ford dealership network. The signing marks a significant milestone in the collaboration between Ford Vietnam and reputable insurance companies, united in delivering unparalleled peace of mind and exceptional after-sales service to customers.

Building a Comprehensive Service Ecosystem

The Ford Ensure program is built on a long-term vision of collaboration between Ford Vietnam and insurance partners, aiming to create a seamless and comprehensive service ecosystem.

Through the signing, all parties commit to enhanced coordination, regular evaluations, and timely solutions to continuously improve the customer experience.

The Memorandum of Understanding aims to establish high-quality vehicle insurance services for Ford customers, fostering trust and confidence in the market. It ensures Ford vehicles under the program are repaired at authorized Ford dealerships using genuine parts and global Ford technical standards. It also enhances claim efficiency through unified processes between insurers and Ford dealerships, reducing wait times by optimizing claim assessment and repair cost approval, maximizing convenience for customers.

Ford Ensure is more than a program; it’s a comprehensive solution for Ford customers, optimizing cost, time, and quality of vehicle insurance services.

Ford Ensure offers exceptional benefits, including standardized repairs with direct payment guarantees at dealerships, saving time.

By integrating data between Ford dealerships and insurance partners, the entire claims process, from assessment to cost approval, is swift and transparent. New and renewal insurance procedures are streamlined, ensuring a consistent and reliable experience across all authorized Ford dealerships and service stations nationwide.

From November 11, 2025, to January 31, 2026, Ford Vietnam and its dealership network, along with Ford Ensure insurance partners, will offer vouchers to customers nationwide. Customers purchasing vehicle insurance (new or renewal) through authorized dealerships with Ford Ensure partners will receive a voucher for maintenance, general repairs, paintwork, or genuine parts and accessories, valid from the insurance issuance date until December 31, 2026.
