Two years have passed since Toyota unveiled the new generation Land Cruiser, introduced in August 2023 and entering production two months later. It arrived in North America as the 2024 model.
Known as the Toyota Land Cruiser 250 in its home market, Japan, and simply the Toyota Land Cruiser elsewhere, this model is assembled in Tokyo, Japan, and Chengdu, China, by FAW Toyota.
Built on the TNGA-F platform, it shares components with the Tacoma, 4Runner, J300 Land Cruiser, and Lexus LX. The same architecture is also used in the Tundra, Sequoia, and Lexus GX.
