On November 1, 2025, Omoda & Jaecoo Vietnam officially introduced the all-wheel-drive version, named AWD Individual, of the Jaecoo J7 to domestic customers. This marks the third variant of the mid-size SUV lineup, joining the Flagship and Flagship PHEV models.
In the Vietnamese market, the Jaecoo J7 AWD Individual starts at 849 million VND. Meanwhile, the other two variants are priced at 799 million and 969 million VND, respectively. During November 2025, Omoda & Jaecoo Vietnam will offer a special price of 799 million VND for the first 50 customers purchasing the new J7 AWD Individual.
Compared to its all-wheel-drive competitors in the same segment, such as the Honda CR-V L AWD, Kia Sportage 1.6 Turbo Signature AWD, Hyundai Tucson 1.6 Turbo, and Mazda CX-5 2.5L Signature, the Jaecoo J7 AWD Individual is significantly more affordable. The Honda CR-V AWD is priced at 1.25 billion VND, while the Mazda CX-5 2.5L Signature ranges from 959 to 979 million VND. The Kia Sportage 1.6 Turbo Signature AWD is priced at 994 million VND, and the Hyundai Tucson 1.6 Turbo is 979 million VND.
The Jaecoo J7 AWD Individual is currently the most affordable all-wheel-drive mid-size SUV in Vietnam.
In terms of design, the Jaecoo J7 AWD Individual remains unchanged compared to the other two variants of this mid-size SUV lineup. However, it introduces a new exterior color option, Jungle Green, alongside the familiar choices of Carbon Black, Diamond White, and Moonlight Silver.

The highlight of this vehicle is its full-time all-wheel-drive system, which enhances its off-road capabilities. The Jaecoo J7 AWD Individual is imported directly from China and shares the same 1.6L turbocharged four-cylinder engine as the Flagship variant. This engine delivers a maximum power output of 183 horsepower and a peak torque of 275 Nm. Power is transmitted to all four wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Additionally, the Jaecoo J7 AWD Individual boasts a ground clearance of 186 mm, an approach angle of 21 degrees, a departure angle of 29 degrees, and a water wading capability of 600 mm. According to Omoda & Jaecoo Vietnam, these figures are the highest in the mid-size SUV segment.
Beyond its all-wheel-drive system, the Jaecoo J7 AWD Individual comes well-equipped. It features power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory function, a 14.8-inch central touchscreen, an 8-speaker Sony sound system, wireless charging, hands-free power tailgate, interior ambient lighting, automatic climate control, fine dust filtration, and a cooled storage compartment.

The Jaecoo J7 AWD Individual features a larger infotainment screen than the standard Flagship variant.
Safety features include a 540-degree camera system with underbody view simulation, a head-up display (HUD), and a driver attention warning system. The vehicle also comes equipped with the advanced ADAS safety package.
